产品介绍	Immunoglobulin G (IgG), is one of the most abundant proteins in serum with normal levels between 8-17 mg/mL in adult blood. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions; to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants. 1、PE-CY3是PE和Cy3偶联而成的荧光染料，用于标记Mouse IgG分子，适用于大、小功率激光器的流式细胞仪(细胞流式同型对照)；激发波长488nm；最大发射波长570nm。 2、因其最大发射波长为570nm，在Beckman Coulter流式细胞仪的FL3通道检测,在BD流式细胞仪的FL2通道检测；PE-Cy3与单核和粒细胞非特异性结合多。
